~ Unapologetically Ourselves ~
Standing in Our Truth with Confidence and Kindness
An Online Retreat
October 30 - November 1, 2020
Sponsored by Anacortes Mindfulness Community
The Buddha lived in the world with his heart undisturbed by the world. Imagine,
for a moment, living your life with that kind of freedom. How might you feel about,
love, and express yourself?
Join Jonathan Prescott and Michael Melancon in an online retreat dedicated to
honoring our unique individual and collective expressions of Buddha nature.
We’ll look inward to find our still, kind hearts, then move outward to explore the
balance of strength and softness that allows us to be unapologetically ourselves.
This retreat offers silent meditation, Dharma talks, small group sharing, and private
practices, all held within a container of welcoming stillness. Won’t you join us?
