Tuesday Evening Meditations and Teachings

Our gatherings consist of two sitting and walking meditations, a teaching, and discussion. All are welcome - no experience required! Bring your cushion, if you wish to sit on the floor, otherwise chairs are provided. We meet each Tuesday evening in the Parish Hall at Christ Episcopal Church, corner of 7th and M, Anacortes, WA 98221.
